What is a Correction?
All semi-permanent makeup will eventually fade., most brows will last 1 – 2 years. After the brows have faded, the artist must apply new pigment in and around the previous color blending the old work with the new. This sequence is called a correction.
Brows will fade eventually, and they will need to be renewed observing the old pigment and taking it to new pigment again. This needs to happed around 1 -2 years and is not unlike any other beauty treatment maintenances such as hair color (monthly) or Botox (2 to 3 times a year).
The Order Of A Correction Treatment
When previous faded pigment is present, the brows must be brought back to brown prior to applying the desired color. This step helps the brows longevity.

The Treatment Process
When you receive a treatment with BrowBeat and are approved to move forward with the treatment after sending 4 – 6 pictures of your current brow situation, your brows will receive a corrective and new fresh application to bring them back up to parr. This treatment will involve the following steps:
- Shape and color discussion

Color correction application
(if needed) - Target color application
- Smoothing any edges in and around faded patches and inconsistent pigment
- Fading and softening the heads to make them appear more natural

How Long is this Process?
In most cases, the corrective process is just the same as the first time you got them done. We do the first corrective treatment; you heal and then come back for the second treatment. Many candidates will be complete and renewed at this time. Difficult and complex corrections many need further applications.
More Is Possible With Correction Than You May Think
Removal with laser is both expensive, time consuming, and can take up to ten treatments. A specifically applied correction treatment is more cost effective, takes less time and healing and will be improved immediately exiting the studio

Each correction treatment is $575
How long do the brows last?
Correction brows will last about the same time as virgin brows 1 -2 years
How long is the treatment?
To provide a correction service more steps are required than virgin brows and these steps take more time. Treatments will take up to four hours.
How many treatments do I need?
Correction brows will take two treatments. In complex and difficult situations more treatments may be needed. All correction brows are cases by case.
Why do I need to send in pictures?
All client’s correction brows are viewed prior to beginning as correction may not be an option for brows that were applied too big and too close to the bridge of the nose. All clients must be approved prior to the service. Please text 4 – 6 photos to 214 432 3077.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Does it hurt?
Most client feel that the pain is little and are happily surprised. All clients will receive a topical lidocaine prior to treatment of 30 – 40 minutes.
